Combat in arms is a first-person shooter game that is played on the internet free of charge. The game has been developed by a South Korea company known as Doobic Studios and publishers of the game are known as Nexon. Combat in arms uses lithtech engine to produce graphics. Combat in arms resembles commercial games like calls of duty, cross fire, Ghost recon and counter strike.

Combat in arms can be played in different modes like elimination, capture the flag, one-man army, spy hunt, hired guns and bombing run. In 2009, there was a special mode called snowball that was released on the market, but it was removed. Combat in arms uses the ranking system that is based on experience and by using military tanks that players get. If a player finishes his objectives, kills other players and levels up the rank the player is awarded money that is in the form of gear points. These points are essential in the game because they are used in buying new items in the game. Some of the equipments that a player buys are weapon attachments, weaponry and other accessories.

Players can also buy equipments in the black market using Nexon cash. Equipments in the black market are not the same as those found in a regular shop. Items that are bought in the shop have a time length of one to ninety days but there are items that can be bought for a permanent duration in the black market. Combat in arms has more than six million registered users.

If a player wants to take desktop screen shots, it is a must that the player opens up an image program like Microsoft paint and paste the shot on the screen. Combat in arms is composed of a built in function that saves the shots and puts them in one folder. It is a straightforward game and enemies that come along the way; it is a must that you shoot them. There are different types of tactics that a player should use to avoid being killed.
Performance in Combat in arms can be affected by factors such as sharpness of eye, guns, armor, reflexes and good aiming. Another factor that can affect the performance of the game is lag. If a player has good internet connections, the player will not lag. This will make you to kill more enemies and reduce the number of deaths. It is not good to stand in one area for a long time in combat in arms. It is difficult to aim targets that are moving while a stationary target is easiest to hit. Therefore, it is good for a player to jump from one side to another so that enemies can have a hard time aiming at the player. When playing combat arms you have to be careful because there is no mercy. You have to be alert so that, your enemies will not kill you. Besides that, when playing the game make sure that the sound is on so that it tips you if an enemy shoots at you or when your counterparts shoots. Sound also informs a player if somebody is following because of the footsteps will be heard. There are finer sounds in the game, and some are difficult to hear from a computer. It is prudent to put on headphones when playing combat in arms.
